Changes

Starting October 25th, all sessions booked will be subject to full price prints and products. Starting January 1st, I will be charging a $35 session fee for studio sessions and $50 for on location/outdoor sessions due at the start of the session. Session fees are to cover my time and talent. Please remember that I do not spend the one and only hour on you at your session. There is an additional 6 to 10 hours (depending on the size of the group, number of poses during session, etc.) spent loading images onto my computer, saving images to my external hard drive, burning a DVD (this is to archive your session for the possibility of placing orders in the future, don't forget the cost of this DVD and external hard drive), proofing the sessions, uploading them to my site, preparing images for the order, placing the order, sorting/organizing the order, shipping the order to you (don't forget the cost of my shipping materials), and answering emails. Plus I also have to pay taxes.

There are two exceptions to these changes, maternity and newborn (up to 4 weeks of age) sessions will still be free (no session fees) and print prices will be reduced 25%.

The price reduction has been my portfolio building discount, which is now ending because I have plenty of images for my portfolio (with the exception of maternity and newborn images). I want to thank all of my past clients, those who have been back for more sessions, and those who already have sessions booked. I know that many of you have referred me to several others, and I truly appreciate that. If someone referred you to me, please be sure to mention their name so that they will receive a $10 credit, and also be sure to tell others so that you can take advantage of that extra discount.

Almost everyone gets a $10 discount from the start by signing my release form allowing me to use images on my website and on promotions, and then there are the discounts for referrals and contest entries. Now that I will be going full price, I will randomly put out special offers and discounts, so keep watching the blog or your email for those announcements. All of these credits are applicable to prints and products only.

You can still purchase products even if your session was in the past.
